We've sold, installed and serviced business telephone systems since the
company was founded, and we're a charter Samsung Telecommunications
dealer.
VoiceTrak was our original DOS-based call processing and voice mail
system and is marketed through a national network of telephone
dealers. WavMail is the Windows-based version of VoiceTrak and was
introduced in 1998.
GetMyHomework was added in 2002 and extends WavMail with special
features for schools.
Daily Lifeline is a special implementation designed to help sustain
independent living for senior citizens through a daily check-in. Any
non-profit organization can implement Daily Lifeline, but churches find
the system helps support ministries throughout the church. Prayer
requests, multiple dial-a-prayer messages, an information center and a
message center are just a few of the features.
Daily Hello was added in 2006 along with CallTrak, AVM and the
VoiceTrak 2000 windows-based CTI application.
